What's New

Model D. Unheard of in the mouthpiece industry, we are now offering a fourth mouthpiece design. Created under close consultation with recently retired, Philadelphia Orchestra clarinetist Ronald Reuben, this new mouthpiece features a rollover at the baffle's tip, added depth at the back-baffle, a longer bore, and slightly A-framed throat, to create a sweet, highly concentrated sound, with freedom and flexibility.

After recent trips to Philadelphia, and with the wonderful support and friendship of Ron Reuben, some exciting bore dimensions have been uncovered to produce an authentic Henri Chedeville playing experience that is unique in the industry. As of April 09, These bore modifications are now available on all mouthpieces within the Behn Vintage Collection line.

Coming Soon: Vintage Collection Bass Clarinet Mouthpieces. As of January 2008 we have made five prototypes and are very excited about the way they turned out. We hope to have them available to the public by this summer. Look for them at the Kansas City, ICA conference in July.
