Shipping Policy
FREE SHIPPING* for all orders $200+
* Includes shipments to U.S. addresses only. Express shipping costs will be extra. International shipping charges will vary. If you qualify for free shipping but then return item(s) for a refund, your refund amount may be reduced by the amount of the original shipping cost.
International Shipments
International shipping charges will vary. Additionally, when a package is shipped outside the U.S., it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The recipient of the international shipment is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.
Rush Orders
Rush status (placement at the top of the queue) can be added with one billable hour ($275 service fee).
Returns and Refunds
All order cancelations and domestic refund totals will be assessed a 5% fee to cover our merchant processing fees. Returns from outside the U.S. will be assessed a 15% restocking fee to cover merchant processing fees as well as any U.S. re-entry customs and/or brokerage fees.
All returned mouthpieces will be assessed an additional $15 each for cleaning/restocking.
Returned merchandise will only be accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
Any merchandise returned late or damaged will be considered sold and will be returned at your expense.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging—no scratches, no ligature or teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed within two weeks of receipt.
No returns for reeds.
No returns for ligatures, unless it is a designated trial. Please see Ishimori Ligatures page for trial policy.

Returned Check Fee
Any returned check due to insufficient funds will be assessed a $40 returned item fee.
Refacing Appointments
In-person refacing projects are billable at $275/hour.
On-site Trial Appointments
The first hour for on-site trials will be complimentary. Additional time is billable at $250/hour. If multiple types of items are being evaluated (e.g., mouthpieces for Bb clarinet, bass clarinet, and barrels), additional complimentary time may be provided on a case-by-case basis. To make best use of your time, we suggest that you come prepared with good reed options. If needed, we also have reeds for sale on-site. If at the end of your trial session you feel you need additional time, products may be taken with you for a one-week trial with a deposit.
