Returns and Refunds
Returned merchandise will only be accepted if postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date.
No returns for opened boxes of reeds.
No returns for ligatures, unless it is a designated trial. Please see Ishimori Ligatures page for trial policy.
All returned merchandise must be in original condition and packaging: no scratches, no ligature or teeth marks. Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed within one week of receipt. If no purchase is made, returned merchandise may be subject to a 6% restocking fee.

Any merchandise returned late or damaged will be considered sold and will be returned at your expense.
The first hour for on-site trials will be complimentary. Additional time is billable at $160/hour. If multiple types of items are being evaluated (e.g., mouthpieces for Bb clarinet, bass clarinet, and barrels), additional complimentary time may be provided on a case-by-case basis. To make best use of your time, we suggest that you come prepared with good reed options. If needed, we also have reeds for sale on-site. If at the end of your trial session you feel you need additional time, products may be taken with you for a one-week trial with a full deposit.

International shipping charges will vary. Additionally, when a package is shipped outside the U.S., it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The recipient of the international shipment is responsible for complying with all laws and regulations of the country of destination.
