Wow!  The huge discount?  Well BEHN Proprietary Rod Rubber is very expensive to produce, but it is worth the upgrade.  The resonance is uncanny!  But this batch shows the reason why it is expensive material, because many of our rubber bars look great, the weight is correct, everything is perfect until we actually make a mouthpiece, and some discoloration might appear, or some minor blemish might become apparent.  There might be some tiny little specs visible in the rubber, and we have to make a decision.  Do we scrap the part or do we keep them and sell them at a discounted price.  These mouthpieces in particular, this ARTIST batch comes from our first production run, and we've sold out of Top Shelf quality and what remains may have a slight visible blemish.  Not to worry, their performance is flawless.  But while inventory lasts, take advantage of the huge price discount.
