When we set out to make a 3D printed mouthpiece, we had three prime objectives:
1: We would 3D print every LUNA mouthpiece to the highest standard of quality.
2: We would hand face every LUNA mouthpiece to play better than the rest.
3: We would offer LUNA at a very low price
Indeed our prime objectives were strong arbiters of our purpose, and only after we felt confident in having proven out each of those three points would we go into full production.

And that's not all - here's where it gets interesting. After you've lived with your LUNA for a while, we are so confident that you'll be impressed with your newfound BEHN mouthpiece experience that when you are ready to upgrade, you can trade up to any BEHN hard rubber mouthpiece for full credit. Within two years of your purchase date, just send us your LUNA and we'll discount your mouthpiece by the amount you paid for your LUNA. Or instead you can keep your LUNA as a spare and with proof of purchase you can take $50 off the price of your upgrade.
Here's the catch. LUNA mouthpieces are great yes. But at such a great price we've factored in our convenience; so in that pursuit there are no returns on LUNA mouthpieces. Returns cost us time and money - so much so, that we've dropped the price of LUNA such that in exchange for the bargain, we ask you to please understand that LUNA purchases are final - no returns.
And if you just can't get along with your LUNA - your fall back is our trade-up policy. Just let us know what you seek in your upgrade - how you'd like it to play so that we can make it to your preference.
Okay but who is LUNA for, and what do they sound like? LUNA mouthpieces are warm and deep sounding, their material resonance characteristics offer a softer mellower tone, which is sweet and pleasing. If you are a player who likes a darker tone, but also cherishes good response, if you are a player coming from Zinner mouthpieces, or darker Vandoren options such as BD5,6, 2, B40 etc. then LUNA are within your category.
