Trial Policy

Thank you for requesting a trial of our products. Our trial policy was created to allow valued customers to try multiple quantities of various products without having to pay for them in full.

Trial Deposits

​

• Mouthpieces – 100% deposit for the first mouthpiece; $150 for each additional mouthpiece

• Barrels (adjustable) – 100% deposit for the first barrel; $150 for each additional barrel

• Barrels (fixed length) – 100% deposit for the first barrel; $90 for each additional barrel

• Bells – 100% deposit for the first bell; $150 for each additional bell

Procurement Fees

​

There is a non-refundable procurement fee of $25 for each additional trial mouthpiece and $15 for each additional trial adjustable barrel. There are no fees on the first mouthpiece/barrel.

Merchant Processing Fees

​

All domestic refund totals will be assessed a 5% fee to cover our merchant processing fees. Returns from outside the U.S. will be assessed a 15% fee on the refund total to cover merchant processing fees as well as any U.S. re-entry customs and/or brokerage fees.

Other Policies

​

Trial period is one week from the date that you receive your shipment. 

​

Your credit card will be charged the deposit amounts and trial fees as outlined above.

 

You will be responsible for all shipping charges for trial shipments and returns.

​

All trial items must be returned in their original condition (no scratches, no ligature or teeth marks) and packaging. 

 

Any merchandise returned late or damaged will be considered sold and will be returned at your expense.

All trial items are your responsibility until they are safely returned to us. We highly recommend that you securely pack and adequately insure your return shipments.

​

Upon completion of inspection, your refund will be processed within two weeks of receipt.

Completing our Trial Order Form indicates that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions of our trial policy.
