This superb condition Frank Kaspar Cicero mouthpiece is probably as good as you'll find.  It is in stunning condition - it is a 13 facing, which I typically measure at 1.09-35.  And this beauty is no exception.  
 
That said, I long to address the facing on this mouthpiece because I think there's some more I could get out of it.  But since it is in such nice physical condition, I'd rather let you the buyer select what type of facing you'd have me put on it.
 
So here I'll do this - purchase this mouthpiece and you can have it as is, or I'll reface it for you to something Close, Medium, Medium-Open, or Open.
 
Those facing options are about:  1.01-34, 1.05-36, 1.08-37, 1.12-38...your choice.  Just let me know in the notes section at checkout.
